The Alberta Native Bee Council (ANBC) is a non-profit dedicated to studying and protecting Alberta’s native bees. Founded in 2017, ANBC promotes conservation through research, monitoring, advocacy, education, and collaboration. With a vision of resilient pollinator populations and habitats, the Council works to expand knowledge, support conservation efforts, and foster a network for those passionate about native bees.

We are a small, women- and heart-led farm dedicated to caring for bees. Located just 10 minutes north of St. Albert, we nurture 50 hives and produce pure, unpasteurized honey. We also craft 100% beeswax candles. Thank you for your support and for allowing us to sweeten and brighten your life!

Little Beau Seed Co. offers a selection of hand packaged garden seeds, produce, herbs and flowers. Some we harvest off our farm by Lac La Biche and we have a seed network so we can offer a nice selection of heirloom, open pollinated and hybrid varieties of seeds.

We are Ronda & Bill Chestnutt, the owners and creators of Ridge Works. We have always had a love for wood and a vision for unique things that can be made from it. We specialize in keepsake/jewelry boxes, many are live edge, desk trays, toy cars, serving trays, small bowls, and Christmas ornaments. 

One of our specialities is Sound Wave Art. Besides being beautiful art, each piece depicts the unique soundwave of a particular word or phrase. You can purchase a premade picture, or we can create your custom piece – any size, any phrase, any language.

I am a local soap artisan making handmade natural products for over 10 years. My children and their sensitive skin inspired my business.

Froggy’s Greenhouse is a small-scale, urban greenhouse based in Edmonton—and by small-scale, we mean backyard! Our focus is on growing strong, healthy plants to set gardeners of all abilities up for success. With indoor and outdoor gardeners in mind, we also upcycle and create planters out of unique, vintage or just plain fun vessels, that are then potted up with plants and ready to take home (complete with drainage holes!). Most of our houseplants are pet-friendly and non-toxic. At Froggy’s, we firmly believe that anyone can be a good gardener!

I'm a local painter with the Budding Art Collective and am teaching a painting workshop series with the Edmonton Horticultural Society.  

Sarah likes books. A lot. So when she finds classic novels that are falling apart, she upcycles them into something new, giving them a new place in our lives.
