Millhurst Community League is seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented Hall Cleaner to work flexible hours approximately 2 times/ week. The successful candidate will ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for community programs, private rentals, and neighborhood events.

Key Responsibilities

• Main Hall 

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum entryway surfaces.

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, counters, and sink facilities.

  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect all restroom facilities and replenish paper products/soap.

  • Empty all trash and recycling bins, taking waste to outer dumpsters.

  • Wipe down tables, chairs, door handles, and high-touch surfaces.

• Sakaw Hall (Occasional):

  • Perform routine turnaround cleaning following scheduled community events or rental bookings.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial, residential, or venue cleaning experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage scheduled cleaning windows around facility rentals.

• Physical capability to bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), and operate standard cleaning equipment.
