When: Every Wednesday starting July 9th for 9 weeks from 5:00pm - 6:00pm.
Cost: $50.00 with Millhurst Membership & $60.00 for without.
Drop-ins welcome for $10.00 on site during sessions.

Through a combination of gentle stretches, strengthening movements, and mindful breathing, you'll enhance your range of motion, release tension, and improve your posture. Essentrics focuses on working your muscles in a way that lengthens and strengthens simultaneously, while yoga offers grounding, alignment, and inner peace.
