About the event

Making Jam & Preserving Your Garden Harvest

Learn how to transform your garden’s bounty into delicious jams and preserves. This session covers harvesting tips, step-by-step jam-making, and techniques to safely preserve your fruits and vegetables, so you can enjoy the flavors of your garden all year long. Perfect for home gardeners and anyone who loves fresh, homemade treats.

It's easier than you think. You'll learn how to make jam out of whatever happens to be ready in your garden - not a 'recipe', you'll learn the METHOD. Rhubarb, Strawberry, Raspberry, Hascaps, Blueberry, Plum, Grape, Apple.... you grow it! :)
