About the event
About the Workshop:
Collecting your own seeds can save you money and puts you in a position to be more self reliant.
Harvest seeds from flowers, berries, legumes, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, or squash – and use them year after year. We’ll learn how to collect, dry, clean, store and plant them again next spring.
Not all seeds are dependable though – learn the difference between open pollinated plants which produce offspring like their parents, and hybrid plants which are created by crossing two or more varieties and will not replicate the same results.
