Certified Essentrics & Yoga Instructor: Candy Haugen

This class is a combination of Essentrics and Yoga designed to restore flexibility, strength, and balance. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to movement classes, these sessions are for everyone!

Through a combination of gentle stretches, strengthening movements, and mindful breathing, you'll enhance your range of motion, release tension, and improve your posture. Essentrics focuses on working your muscles in a way that lengthens and strengthens simultaneously, while yoga offers grounding, alignment, and inner peace.
