About the event
About the Workshop:
Home dehydrating is a good way to preserve your home grown fruits and vegetables.
It is relatively inexpensive (I strongly recommend investing in a home dehydrator), and easy to do. Dehydrated food is shelf stable, transportable, nutritious, delicious, versatile and convenient.
Learn how to dehydrate your herbs, vegetables and fruits for use all winter long. And how to use them.
