SUPER SUMMER YOGA SPECIAL for 8 WEEKS!  Starting July 8th till August 26th from 7:00 - 8:00 pm, Candy Haugen will take us through the following focused yoga lessons:  

  • Week 1: Stretch and Flow (No Sun Salutations)
  • Week 2: Happy Hips
  • Week 3: Digestions Aid Yoga
  • Week 4 Pilates Infused
  • Week 5 Back and Neck
  • Week 6: Stress/Tension release
  • Week 7: Pilates Infused II
  • Week 8: Vinyasa Flow ( Includes Sun Salutations)


Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel.  Millhurst will ensure facility is clean, with hand sanitizer at the hall and mats will need to be placed with appropriate social distancing of 2 meters as per AHS guidliines.  

Summer Yoga with Membership

  • Under current Chief Medical Officer of Health Orders, Millhurst will;

    • implement practices to minimize the risk of transmission of infection among attendees

    • provide procedures for rapid response if an attendee develops symptoms of illness

    • ensure that attendees maintain high levels of sanitation and personal hygiene 

    • comply, to the extent possible, with the COVID-19 General Relaunch Guidance

    • have limited registrations according to allowable space to maintain 6 feet distance
