Slow and Gentle Yoga is the use of breath and motion for beginners, seniors, or people with limited mobility. Stretch for pain relief, relaxation, joint health, flexibility and stress relief. Please bring a yoga mat and a small hard pillow or block. A portion of the session will be standing behind a chair. Starts Wednesday November 5th for 6 weeks from 1:00 - 2:00 pm.
