Access to 8 weeks of yoga that you can join live or at your own time.   Starting July 8th till August 26th from 7:00 - 8:00 pm, Candy Haugen will take us through the following focused yoga lessons:  

  • Week 1: Stretch and Flow (No Sun Salutations)
  • Week 2: Happy Hips
  • Week 3: Digestions Aid Yoga
  • Week 4 Pilates Infused
  • Week 5 Back and Neck
  • Week 6: Stress/Tension release
  • Week 7: Pilates Infused II
  • Week 8: Vinyasa Flow ( Includes Sun Salutations)
